For many students, flashcards are an effective way to revise. Studyblue is a great way to create those cards online for everyone to get access to.
You can create flashcards (or make use of the vast number of cards and questions that are already on the site) and then bulk them together as a revision quiz. You can even add images to your questions. Your students can then access them on their phones or computers to revise their key terms. If the students also register for accounts (you can do this in a lesson perhaps) then you can monitor their progress as they take your quizzes. You can register for an account free here. I’ve found lots of cards already on there for GCSE history but most subjects are really well represented. It is very easy to create your own too.
