I stumbled upon Triptico this week. You have to download the app to your computer through the link on the main site. Although there is a paid for package. the free package contains lots of useful tools for the classroom. There are some good activity timers for ensuring pace to your activities (although the hourglass might want to be used with sounds off (slightly distracting). There is another tool for ranking statements which would work well on an interactive whiteboard. I really like the ‘find ten’ which could be used as a starter or plenary activity – with or without an IWB.
