Thanks to Emily for drawing attention to another great web tool for all subjects to use in our focus on literacy. The site is rewordify.com. It allows you to ‘paste in’ text and will simplify it for you while keeping the overall meaning of the text. The website claims that this tool will help ‘people read more, understand difficult English faster and learn words in new ways.’ Differentiating resources can be a time consuming part of our planning – this site can be a very quick way to differentiate texts.
